Facilities

Soma Restaurant is an all day dining outlet, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Buttercup Café serves cake, pastries, snacks, and light meals for lunch and in the afternoon. There is no bar or cocktail lounge, but alcoholic beverages can be ordered at the restaurant and café.

The hotel also has meeting rooms, a fitness centre, a rooftop outdoor swimming pool, and a beauty salon. The Sivara Spa offers a full menu of spa treatments in restful surroundings.

Up Close and Personal

I spent two very enjoyable nights at the Amari Residences Bangkok. My suite was very spacious and very well laid out. There were two rooms.

The living room had a kitchenette, which was fully stocked with kitchenware, dishes, cutlery – you name it. There was a good sized dining room table, and the living area was spacious.

The bedroom had a desk. I liked the fact that there universal adaptors in the wall, exactly where they should be. So going on line was a breeze. I hate having to get on my hands and knees and struggle with cords under the desk.

There was a walk in closet, and the bathroom featured both a shower and a bathtub together in a sort of wet room arrangement.

Amari Residences Bangkok is located in a quiet residential part of town. It is best suited to families, business travelers, medical tourists, and anyone else wanting quiet surroundings.
