From Northern Ireland, he decided to go into hospitality because of his passion for working with others.
Morton started out working as a front desk late shift assistant manager, quickly moving up the ranks, working in hotels in London and Oman.
Before coming to Taiwan in February 2009 to head up the Grand Formosa Regent Taipei, he played a pivotal role in the grand opening of Ananti Kumgang Mountain, the first ever five star golf and spa resort in North Korea.
