And residents of Macau are eligible for this special package, as well.
From today (30 March 2011) through 30 August 2011, residents of Hong Kong and Macau can stay at The Regent Taipei for one night at NT$6,300 per night during weekdays and at NT$6,000 per night weekends.
The special package includes accommodation in a superior room, a buffet breakfast at the Brasserie for two or dinner buffet for two at Eslite Xinyi’s 6th floor Spice Market, a bottle of premium oolong tea, and two EasyCards valid on Taipei buses and MRT.
To qualify, guests must show their Hong Kong passport when checking in. Which raises an interesting question: what about foreign passport holders that are permanent residents of Hong Kong? Will they also qualify?
