The five day Algarve Food Promotion is being organised jointly by IFT and the Macanese Gastronomy Association. It will be be held at IFT Educational Restaurant in Macau from 11 to 15 April 2011.
Sardine Salad with Parsley, Octopus Fritters, Pan fried Baby Cuttlefish with Garlic, Codfish Stew with Clams, Fish cooked in the Cataplana, Oven Roasted Lamb with Oregano, and Meat Stew in the Cataplana will be featured dishes.
For dessert, you can expect Almond and Egg Sweets, assorted Almond Tarts and Cakes, Fig and Cheese Cakes, and lots more.
There will be no government taxes or service charges andn parking at IFT will be free.
