Langham Place, Mongkok, in Hong Kong is the latest in a growing number of hotels and restaurants to join the Le French GourMay bandwagon. It will offer foodies one full month of the finest in Bourgogne’s gastronomy and vintages at both Ming Court and Portal – Work & Play.
Ming Court will pair Cantonese cuisine with wines from Bourgogne. The Le French GourMay Degustation Menu will be served for lunch and dinner from 2 through 31 May 2013.
Portal – Work & Play will serve platters of three kinds of cheese, paired with a glass of Bourgogne wine.
