Deputy Executive Chef Tony Huang will head the kitchen at the third branch of The Dining Room, which will open at Langham Place Mongkok on 10 May 2013. Contemporary Shanghainese food will be featured on the menu.
Signature dishes will include all of your Shanghainese favourtes! There will be shredded duck noodles with hot and sour soup, mandarin fish chips, golden shrimp cakes, baked red dates toffee pudding, the list goes on.
Other branches of The Dining Room are located in Causeway Bay and Kowloon Bay. A fourth branch will open in Shanghai
at the end of June 2013.
