British born David Parkin has been appointed Executive Chef at East, Hong Kong, where he has launched a new a la carte menu at Feast, the hotel’s fine dining restaurant. David was formerly with Wildgrass, where he was Head Chef.
“David has created a new menu with a feel for lightness, freshness, and the colours of summer,” a press relief issued on behalf of the hotel says.
“The menu features ingredients sourced from local suppliers and local products as well as homemade condiments.”
East is located at 29 Taikoo Shing Road, Island East, on Hong Kong Island.
