Salad Dishes will include Salad of Grilled Long Green Eggplant, Minced Pork and Prawns, Spicy Smoked Trout Soup, Roasted Shallots, Shimeji Mushrooms, Deep fried River Whisker Sheatfish, Crispy Garlic and Turmeric, Smoked Fish with “Saropus” Curry, Deep-fried River Prawns, Tamarind Sauce, Wok-fried Flat Rice Noodles with Squids, Hokkaido Scallops, Prawns, Soy Sauce, Assorted Thai Vegetables, River Prawns, Pineapple and Tomato Cherry in Yellow Curry, and Deep-fried River Prawns in Dry Red Curry Sauce.
