Renowned French Chef Christopher Hache will act as Guest Chef at Vida Rica Restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental, Macau, hotel from 20 to 24 November 2013.

He will serve a yummy six course degustation menu at dinner. A three course business set menu will be served at lunch.

Chef Hache heads the kitchen at the Michelin-starred restaurant, Les Ambassadeurs at the Hôtel de Crillon
in Paris, France.

He was influenced by his grandmother, who cooked for a family run guest house, and his father, who ran a restaurant in a suburb near Paris.
