Whisk at The Mira in Kowloon’s Tsim Sha Tsui district will launch a Monthly Chef’s Special Sunday Surprise Trophy on random Sundays once a month.
An impressive gourmet centrepiece will be showcased in the restaurant’s main dining hall.
The first Special Sunday Surprise Trophy is a 30 kilogramm Yellow Fin Tuna, from which Chef Bjoern will carve out sashimi on request and prepare mouth watering tuna steaks.
The third edition of the restaurant’s Voyage 3.0 dgustation menu, meanwhile, will be launched on 17 October 2013.
“The inspiration comes from nature,” Chef Bjoern says.
“There are some new exciting flavour combinations, and we also experimnt with highest quality natural essences, such as lemon verbana sourcd from France… As always, I try to introduce ingredients that ar popular in Hong Kong …”
