Guest Executive Chef Hill Lee from Sheraton Seoul Cube City Hotel in Seoul, Korea, is serving an extensive selection of mouth-watering Korean dishes at W Taipei’s Kitchen Table from 1 to 17 November 2013.
Korean BBQ will be served Tuesday evenings. Diners will have the chance to win a two night stay at the Sheraton D Cube Hotel Seoul in Seoul, Korea.

Bibimbap is one of the featured dishes. A colourful mix of warm white rice topped with namul, or sautéed and seasoned vegetables, and gochujang, or Korean chili pepper paste, it is a popular dish in Korea.
Bibimbap should be thoroughly stirred together just before consumption,which gives rise to the name bibimbap, which means ‘mixed rice’ in Korean.
