Highlights of the final two days will include aerobatic performances by the Republic of Singapore Air Force Black Knights.

Strong US Presence

Boeing Dreamliner lands. The US planemaker is one of 150 American companies to exhibit at Singapore Airshow.

More than 150 American companies will be represented at the show, including 70 in the US pavilion. Fully one-third of the total number of exhibitors at this year's event will be from the United States, which is the biennial event's first ever featured country.

Talk about a rough act to follow! It's anyone's guess which country will be featured in 2016.

“The United States is very proud to be the Feature Country at the 2014 Singapore Airshow,” says US Ambassador to Singapore Kirk Wagar.

“We have a rich history in both commercial and military aviation and look forward to demonstrating the best in American aviation.”

Held every two years, Singapore Airshow is the largest airshow in Asia and the third largest aerospace and defense air show in the world. Visitors can expect a better visitor experience this year.

“Singapore Airshow is committed to providing a better experience for our visitors with each new edition, through constant improvements in response to industry trends and public feedback,” says Jimmy Lau, Managing Director of Experia Events, organizer of the event.

“We are always delighted at the strong positive response we receive from our visitors and we are trying to make their experience as enjoyable and as hassle-free as possible.”

More than 90,000 visitors attended Singapore Airshow 2012. Can this year's show top the 100,000 market?
