Chinese New Year: Waterfront Eatery to Serve Six Course French Dinner

French Window is a Parisian style brasserie and bar in Central on Hong Kong Island. With floor to ceiling windows, it offers a spectacular view of Victoria Harbour, making it an ideal venue from which to enjoy the  fireworks.

French Window will serve a six-course fireworks dinner on 1 February 2014.

Auspiciously priced at HK$888, the set dinner will include an appetizer platter, Black Truffle Cream Soup, and Garlic and Chili Vermicelli with Tourteaux Crab Meat in White Wine Cream Sauce.

An apple sorbet will be served before a main course of pan-fried beef tenderloin and duck liver served with truffle mashed potatoes.

The mouth-watering meal will conclude with Raspberry Crème Brûlée.
