Hong Kong: Hotel Restaurant in TST to Launch Greek Food Promotion

Sous Chef from one of the top hotel restaurants in Athens, Greece, heads kitchen during Grecian food promotion at hotel restaurant in TST. Nightly international buffets will be served.

Sous Chef Alexandros Economidis of the InterContinental Athens Athenaeum in Athens, Greece, will serve as Guest Chef at Harbourside, the all-day fine dining restaurant at the InterContinental Hong Kong from 12 September to 4 October 2014.

During his tenure at the eatery, Greek dishes will be featured at the dinner buffets each night.

Kataifi, Baklava and Walnut Piewill be served for dessert.

With its sweeping views of Victoria Harbour, the restaurant is famous for its international buffets. Champagne brunch buffets are served on Sundays.
