Swire Hotels opens European style restaurant on Level 4 of Pacific Place at Admiralty on Hong Kong Island. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night drinks and snacks, it features an extensive seafood menu.
Renowned British Chef Rowley Leigh heads the kitchen at The Continental, a new European style restaurant that has been opened by Swire Hotels on Level 4 of Pacific Place at Admiralty on Hong Kong Island.
The menu is strong on seafood, and daily specials will be featured.
“I was brought up with a French style incorporating other elements into recipes where I'd take one out and put something else in,” Chef Rowley says.
“It’s a lot French, a little Italian and a British sensibility. Everything I do is a response to the best ingredients and I just try to do justice to them.”
The Continental is Swire Hotels’ 2nd stand-alone restaurant. Plat du Jour opened in Quarry Bay on Hong Kong Island in late 2013.
