Thailand: Bangkok Hotel Launches New Restaurant with Jaw Dropping VIew

Food and Beverage

The Dusit Thani Bangkok launches a roof-top eatery and bar with a jaw-dropping view of the Thai capital. The menu features mouth-watering dishes inspired by the cuisines of the Pacific Rim with exotic cocktails to match.

22 Kitchen and Bar is the newest addition to the food and beverage outlets at the Dusit Thani Bangkok, a luxurious 5 star hotel in the heart of the Thai capital. It is one of 9 food and beverage outlets in the hotel.

The 80 seat venue has been completely re-decorated in iridesent silver and turquoise with rich cream, brown, and copper accents. But that stunning view of Bangkok remains the same.

Serving exotic cocktails and yummy tapas, the bar, meanwhile, offers seating in plush lounge chairs with unobstructed city views.

Pacific Rim Menu

Chef Nikolas Ramierz of Hawaii, who most recently oversaw the kitchens of two stylish restaurants in California, heads the kitchen. His Hawaiian roots are reflected in the Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Portuguese influences of his fishes.

Hints of other cuisines along the Pacific Rim are also evident.

The Dusit Thani Bangkok has 517 hotel rooms and suites, a fitness centre, an outdoor swimming pool, squash courts, a driving range, retail outlets, conference and banquet rooms, and other facilities.
