Celebrity Chef Laurent Tourondel is back in town to head the kitchen at BLT Steak, where the American steakhouse concept is elevated to new heights thanks to Chef Laurent's unmistakable infusion of French finesse.

“I created BLT Steak as a modern steakhouse – one that focuses on the best product and the most exact techniques," Chef Laurent says.

"That is the key for me, to keep it simple and wonderful.”

Steaks at BLT are broiled to perfection over a state of the art charcoal broiler and served – French style – with a choice of peppercorn, red wine, steak, barbecue, or Béarnaise sauce.

Other signature dishes include …

  • Tartare with Avocado and Soy-Lime Dressing;
  • Spiced Duck Breast with Foie Gras and Mango;
  • Acacia Honey Marinated Alaskan Black Cod;
  • Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb (double cut);
  • Lemon-Rosemary Chicken and Grilled Maine Lobster with Sauce Vierge.
  • Creamed Spinach, Onion Rings, and Black Truffle Mac and Cheese served in cast iron pans.

Save room for dessert! Featured French classics include Crêpe Soufflé with Passion Fruit Sauce, Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse with Banana Ice-cream, and Lemon-Cassis Meringue Pie with Lemon Sorbet.

Wash it all down with fine wines – many served by the glass – as well as dessert wines and signature cocktails.
