Mexico: Airline Spreads Its Wings to More Canadian Travel Destinations

Aeromexico adds 2 Canadian cities to its growing list of travel destinations. Service to Toronto began on 4 May 2015. Service to Vancouver will begin on 9 December. The airlines already serves Montreal.

Aeromexico launched a daily flight between Toronto, Ontario, and Mexico City on 4 May 2015. The airline will launch a non-stop flight linking Mexico City with Vancouver, British Columbia, on 9 December.

The airline will operate Boeing 737-700 aircraft on the new routes. The jetliners can accommodate 124 passengers, including 12 passengers in the Business Class cabin.

Aeromexico maintains a major hub at Mexico City's Benito Juarez International Airport (MEX).

From there, passengers can connect to and from 45 domestic travel destinations and an additional 16 travel destinations in other parts of Latin America.

The airline serves 16 travel destinations in the United States. It serves 3 travel destinations in Europe: London, England; Madrid, Spain, and Paris, France. It serves 2 travel destinations in Asia: Shanghai, China, and Tokyo, Japan.

Mexico City 101

The capital of Mexico, Mexico City is a sprawling metropolis with more than 300 neighborhoods.

Most of the the city's most popular tourist attractions are situated within the city's historic centre.

Plaza de la Constitucion or Zocalo, the National Palace, Metropolitan Cathedral, Templo Mayor, Palace of Fine Arts, Alameda Park, and the Palace of Fine Arts are all located in this part of town.

Other must-see tourist attractions include the Plaza de la Republica, the Revolution Monument, and the National Museum.

Chapultepec Park is the largest in Mexico City. It is divided into 3 sections, which contain some of the Mexican capital's top attractions: Chapultepec Castle, the Modern Art Museum, and the National Museum of Anthropology.
