Hong Kong: 10th Annual International Wine and Spirits Fair Set for 9 – 11 November 2017

Portuguese wines will be in the spotlight as more than 1,000 international exhibitors gather in Hong Kong to showcase their wines, spirits, and related products and services from 5 to 7 November 2015.

More than 1,000 exhibitors will showcase their wines, spirits, and associated products at the 8th annual Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Fair, which will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 9 to 11 November 2017.

About 20,000 buyers from 75 countries and regions attended the event last year. Reflecting the growing interest in wine among consumers in Hong Kong, more than 30,000 members of the public attended the last day of the fair, an increase of 30% over the year before.

Portugal will be this year’s partner country. There will be a Portuguese national pavilion. There will also be a series of Portuguese themed events and activities.

Argentina, Australia, Austria, Canada, Chile, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Portugal, Spain, South Africa, and the United States are among the countries and regions that will have national pavilions.

The fair is organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

The fair is open to the trade only on the first 2 days. It is open to the public on Saturday 11 November. On site admission is HK$100.

The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is located within walking distance of the Wanchai MTR station. It is a short taxi ride from Admiralty, Central, Causeway Way, the Mid-Levels, Sheung Wan, North Point, and other points on Hong Kong Island.
