Kowloon Restaurant with Harbour View to Feature Crab Dishes and Mango Desserts

Harbourside, the all-day dining venue at the InterContinental Hong Kong in Kowloon, will add crab dishes and mango desserts to its all-you-can-eat lunch and dinner buffets from 5 to 30 April 2016.

The Crazy for Crab seafood promotion will feature 20 fresh crab dishes from around the world.

Samples of featured dishes will include Alaskan King Crab, red crab, brown crab, and snow crab.

Traditional Hong Kong food such as stir-fried crab with chili and garlic and dried red chili as well as well as steamed crab and egg white with Chinese rice wine will be featured on the menu.

There will also be be Chinese style stuff crab shell, Japanese style sushi and tempura, Singaporean style style stir-fried crab with black peppercorns, and Thai style crab with yellow curry sauce and baby eggplant and okra.

Some of the crab dishes will be served on ice, others will be served hot. While crab dishes will be featured during the promotion, lunch and dinner buffets will continue to serve a  rotating selection of international dishes.

There will also be a carving station with prime USDA beef at dinner.

If  you like mango, you will love the Mad About Mango dessert promotion!

The dessert table at Harbourside’s lunch and dinner buffets will be piled high with a mouth-watering  selection of rotating Asian and European style mango desserts – in addition to the usual offerings.

Asian examples will include Ginger Lime Mango Napoleon, Roasted Mango and Passion Fruit with Sichuan Pepper, Coconut Mango Panna Cotta, Earl Grey Tea Mango, Pear Cake Hot Mango, and Sago Soup.

European inspired desserts will include Riz au Lait and Mango, Chocolate Fondant with Granola and Mango, Mango Cheesecake, Pudding, Crumble, and Indian Mango Waffles.

There will also be Mango and Papaya Pie and Mango Ice Cream and Fruit Salad.

While mango desserts will be featured during the promotion, many other kinds of desserts will also be offered.
