A Hong Kong restaurant in Kowloon’s Tsim Sha Tsui East district serves jet fresh oysters flown in from South Australia throughout the month of April, which is one of the best months to enjoy oysters.

April is one of the best months of the year to enjoy oysters from South Australia.

Café on M at the InterContinental Grand Stanford hotel in Kowloon’s Tsim Sha Tsui district in Hong Kong is serving various types of oysters flown in fresh from South Australia from 1 to 30 April.

Grown in the unpolluted waters of Coffin Bay, Smoky Bay, and Streaky Bay, these carefully selected oysters are prized for their fresh and natural flavours.

Oysters are freshly shucked at the café’s live oyster counter at daily dinner and weekend lunch buffets.

They are served in addition to the regular buffet offerings, which includes assorted Japanese sashimi, Boston lobsters, Alaskan crab, and other fresh seafood.

Café on M serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. The stylish eatery offers both a la carte dining and extensive buffets.

The buffets have several tables and cooking stations serving seafood, pasta, salads, and various other Asian and international favourites, including a Western grill and fryer.

There is a dessert medley and pastry oven.

If you like wine, you will be happy to know  that the restaurant has an enomatic wine machine, which offers six red and six white wines by the glass.

Located on the hotel’s mezzanine floor, the eatery offers sweeping views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Skyline.
