Reconnect and Recover is the main theme of International Travel Expo (ITE) Hong Kong. While it will not be as large as pre-COVID levels, there will be 50% more countries and regions exhibiting than in 2021. In fact, there will be 27 exhibiting travel destinations, including 21 official pavilions. Japan will be especially well represented  with 10 regions or prefectures taking part.

Expo Overview

Held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wanchai on Hong Kong Island, the fair will offer a great chance for holiday makers to “preview” potential travel destinations from the four corners of the globe. The expo will run from 18 to 21 August 2022.

There will be mascots wearing national costumes, colourful 3D backdrops, and entertainers wearing ethnic costumes.
