The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is offering visa-free travel for Thai nationals visiting the country this summer and fall. Visa free travel represents a substantial saving for Thai travelers to the country as UAE visas usually cost 3,000 Thai baht, or US$90.

Thai nationals now have one more reason to spend their vacation in the United Arab Emirates this summer. The UAE is offering free visas for airline Thai travelers purchasing  tickets to Dubai by 14 August 2017.

The offer is good for Thais traveling to the Middle Eastern country from either Bangkok's Suvarnabhumiof International Airport or Phuket International Travel.

The flight time from Bangkok to Dubai is 6 hours and 25 minutes. The flight time from Phuket is shorter: 6 hours.

Emirates Airline offers 49 weekly flights between Bangkok and Dubai; twice daily flights between Phuket and Dubai. The offer is good for travel until the 30 November 2017.

Dubai is an excellent travel destination in its own right. Because it is a hub for Emirates Airline, however, it also makes a excellent transfer point for travelers heading to or from Africa, the Americas, Europe, or other travel destinations in the Middle East.

Emirates Airline flies to 150 travel destinations on  six continents in 84 countries and territories. From Dubai, travelers can transfer to many of these destinations.

The Emirates departure lounge for business and first class passengers at Bangkok International Airport was recently renovated.

Services include comfortable leather armchairs, LED TVs, a dedicated dining area with a choice of bar seating, and an extensive buffet serving local and international dishes as well as an extensive selection of beverage.
