A Chinese Feng Shui Master consults the Chinese Zodiac and offers some important travel tips for each of the 12 signs of the Chinese Zodiac.

There are many similarities between the Chinese Zodiac and the Western Zodiac. Both are divided into cycles of 12, both assign certain personality traits to each sign, and both believe that key life events can be influenced by one’s sign.

Does that include travel?

Most of the signs of the Western Zodiac are represented by animals, and all of the signs of the Chinese Zodiac are represented by animals.

Not only that, all but one of the animals in the Chinese Zodiac are genuine animals. The only exception is the dragon, which is a mythical animal.

There are, however, some important differences between the Chinese and the Western Zodiacs.

While both Zodiacs operate on cycles of 12, the Western Zodiac operates on a 12-month cycle while the Chinese Zodiac operates on a 12-year cycle.

Another key difference: while the Western Zodiac is associated with the stars, the Chinese Zodiac is purely cyclical in nature.
