Kiruna Pride is the name of the game at the Kiruna Festival,  which is up and running after being canceled for two years running. But it will be the last festival in the old city centre, organizers say.

Running from 11 am to 1 am each day, there will be live music, theatre, games, LGBT quizzes, karaoke, and more.

“Our ambition is to continue to arrange festivals down in the new downtown core,” organizers says.

“What this will look like is currently unclear. The move will mean that the Kiruna Festival as a concept will have to be completely restructured. This means a number of new opportunities and we have a great desire to develop the festival.”
