Vive Cake Boutique serves a decadent selection of indulgent sweets. And word has it, they are oh, so popular with some of Hong Kong’s top pop stars.
Included are cakes, mini cakes, cupcakes, macaroons, cookies, and other sweet confectioneries. And you can wash them down with specialty coffees and other beverages.
In addition to indulging in delectable desserts at the charming boutique, you can order standards items to go.
In addition, you can also have cakes made to order for weddings, birthdays, and other special occasions.
Everything is made made freshly from scratch. And only finest ingredients sourced from all over the world are used.
Door-to-door deliveries are available for most parts of Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories. And it’s free for minimum orders.
Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made to the outlying islands.
Introducing the Little Twin Stars
Little Twin Stars tells the story of Kiki, a blue haired twin who loves ‘star-fishing’.
And he also likes to invent things. In addition, he is endlessly curious.
Meanwhile, his pink-haired twin sister Lala is timid. But she loves to draw and cook.
In fact, the Little Twin Stars celebrate their 45th Anniversary this year! And in celebration, the Vive Cake Boutique is serving a Little Twin Stars afternoon tea set menu.
“Our team at Vive is excited about The Little Twin Stars collection, our third partnership with Sanrio,” says Vivien Lau, Founder of the Vive Cake Boutique.
“It is a dream to work with such an iconic brand and be creative with the whimsical world of the stars, bringing joy and sweetness to foodies in the city.”
Wishing Upon a Star Afternoon Tea Set
This summer, Vive Cake Boutique is launching its third collaboration with Sanrio, best known for its iconic collection of Hello Kitty products.
The stars of the Wishing Upon a Star Afternoon Tea Set are – you guessed it! the Little Twin Stars. The Vive Cake Boutique will serve the afternoon tea set until 11 October 2020.
The tea set is presented in a four-tier cake stand. And it is adorned with Kiki and Lala sitting on a crescent moon.

The tea sets can be washed down with either coffee or tea. Available from Thursday to Sunday and Public Holidays. The signature mini cake can also be ordered a la carte.
Introducing Vivien Lau
Vivien Lau founded Vive Cake Boutique in 2014. As a self-taught cake designer, Vivien has a Biomedical Sciences degree.
Originally, she founded the company as an online enterprise selling cakes for private customers wanting something like a cake, but “a little different”.
The eponymous brand was an instant success. Consequently Vivien launched her first ‘pop up’ at The Pulse in 2015. Subsequently, she expanded to H Queen in Central.
In addition to Aaron Kwok, celebrities, and socialites, Vivien has collaborated with a Who’s Who list of brands.
Included are Piaget, H&M, Sasa, Lane Crawford, Estee Lauder, Sanrio, Christian Louboutin, Live Nation, Sino Club, Oh Joyce Floral, Inspiration, Fresh, Cath Kidston, and Benefit Cosmetics.
