Café East is one of seven food and beverage outlets at the New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel.

Cafe East serves a lavish selection of seafood on ice at the lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner buffets.
The cafe serves teppanyaki Wagyu beef at the lunch and dinner buffets. To clarify, teppanyaki is a Japanese cooking style in which ingredients are cooked atop an iron grill.
The cafe serves robatayaki at the afternoon tea buffet. To clarify, robatayaki is a Japanese cooking style in which ingredients are cooked atop a charcoal grill.
The cafe serves baked lobster thermidor at the dinner buffet. To clairfy, Lobster thermidor is a French dish. And it consists of cooked lobster placed back in the shell with a creamy sauce.
The cafe serves seafood laksa at the lunch buffet. To clarify, Laksa is a Southeast Asian dish consisting of noodles and a broth made from coconut milk and curry powder.
In addition to seafood laksa, seafood on ice, and teppanyaki wagyu beef, salmon, assorted tempura, Hainanese chicken rice and several other dishes are served at the lunch buffet.
Afternoon Tea Buffet
