New World Millennium Hotel Overview
Café East is one of seven food and beverage outlets at the New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel.
In fact, the hotel has a fine-dining Chinese restaurant serving authentic Cantonese cuisine. Furthermore, it has two Japanese restaurants, a French brasserie, and two lounges.

This Month’s Featured Dishes
Between now and 31 August 2021, diners are invited to experience an Oriental culinary adventure as chefs present an array of classic specialties from Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
The cafe changes themes from time to time. And the current theme is Southeast Asia.
And popular appetisers include Rojak, Achar, Thai Seafood Papaya Salad, and Thai Spicy Chicken Feet.
In addition, there are popular Chinese dishes such as Double-Boiled Soup, Singapore Bakut Ten, Thai Tom Yum Kung. and Coconut Chicken Soup.
The Singapore Laksa is prepared fresh. And you can choose from such ingredients as mussels, prawns, and squid.
Other recommended dishes include Fried Thai Seafood Cake, Asam Fish, Thai-Style Baked Fish, Beef Rendang, Hainanese Chicken, Penang Char Koay Teow, Thai Pineapple Fried Rice, Pad Thai, and many others.

Heath and Safety
New World Millennium Café East enforces strict hygiene standards. For example, all tables at the restaurant are set for two persons. And there are partitions in-between tables even if diners arrive in groups.
Regarding buffets, food setups are protected by plastic cover lids. In addition, all kitchen utensils, chinaware, glassware, and cutlery are cleaned and sterilized regularly.
Both hotel guests and employees have their temperature checked upon arrival.
Sanitizer dispensers are placed in various around the hotel. In addition, staff frequently sanitize elevator panels, handrails, and public areas.
