As one of the most popular Sichuanese restaurants in Hong Kong, Chilli Fagara will serve a mouth-watering Christmas and New Year’s menu.

The banquet-style feast will include an auspicious eight courses. In fact, it will start with Okra Heaped with Fragrant Coriander in a mouthwatering sauce.

And it will finish with the popular Sichuan restaurant’s signature Hot andĀ  Sour Soup with tender oxtail.

And in case you’re not familiar with Chinese culinary customs, the soup usually comes at the end rather than the beginning of the meal.

But save room for dessert! Because a surprise dessert will end the evening on a decidedly sweet note.

The restaurant will serve the festive menu from 1 December to 1 January 2021. And there will be a minimum of two diners.

Which means just two people can sample all of these dishes!
