Destination Tung Chung
Tung Chung is located on the northwestern coast of Lantau Island. In fact, Lantau is Hong Kong’s largest island. It is actually larger than Hong Kong Island itself!
Tung Chung is home to some of Hong Kong’s most popular tourist attractions.
For example, Hong Kong Disneyland, the Big Buddha, Po Lin Monastery, the Ngong Ping 360 cable car, and the Citygate Outlets are all nearby.
The island also has sandy beaches and an extensive network of hiking trails.
Tung Chung Sheraton Hotel Overview
Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel is located in the bustling Tung Chung section of Lantau Island. In fact, it is the second Sheraton Hotel in Hong Kong.
The Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel has partnered with a local bee farm, Mui Wo Lychee Hill Holiday Farm, to offer exclusive tours for hotel guests.
In fact, the hotel’s chefs incorporate organic honey from the farm into some of its dishes and cocktails.
The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Hong Kong International Airport and Asia-World Expo. It is also close to the Hong Kong Macau-Zhuhai Bridge and the Shenzhen border with China.

The new hotel has 218 rooms and suites. And they feature pastel colour schemes and full-length windows.

Hotel Food and Beverage Outlets
The hotel has four food and beverage outlets. And each one of them has a different menu and a different vibe.
- Yue is a modern Chinese restaurant, And the menu specializes in Cantonese and other southern Chinese dishes. It opens for lunch and dinner.
- Sunset Grill is located on the hotel’s top floor. Not only does it offer both indoor and outdoor seating, In addition, it has sweeping views of the South China Sea. Finally, the lively bistro opens for lunch and dinner.
- Cafe Lantau is a buffet restaurant with five cooking stations. As an all-day dining restaurant, the eatery opens for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Lobby Lounge specializes in cakes, pastries, and artisan coffee. As an all-day dining restaurant, the lounge opens for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Hotel Facilities
The hotel has a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and a children’s playroom.
In addition, the hotel has 3,400 square meters of indoor and outdoor meeting space.
