The dinner is served on day beds overlooking the beach at Chill Lounge, one of three food and beverage outlets at the resort hotel.
Highlights of the mouth-watering menu of authentic Thai dishes include fresh Maine lobster and oysters flown in from Canada and Japan.
Diners have the option of having each course accompanied by a glass of a carefully chosen wine or champagne.
The hotel has two other food and beverage outlets in addition to Chill Lounge.
H Bistro is the resort’s signature eatery, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu focuses on Mediterranean and Thai cuisine.
Other international favourite dishes are also on the restaurant’s menu.
The stylish eatery has both indoor and outdoor seating, with sweeping views of Bohput Bay from the balcony.
The Beach Bar serves home-made ice cream, blended fruit drinks, and signature cocktails by the pool and on cushioned sunbeds.
There is an extended happy hour in the afternoon.
The hotel also offers cooking classes, cocktail classes, dining under the stars, and sunset cruises.
The hotel has an award-winning spa. Tropical weddings on the beach can also be arranged.
