Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas in Thailand and the Maldives has partnerd with Honeymoon Wishes to launch an innovative new concept: a honeymoon registry.
Honeymoon Wishes was founded in 2003 by Kristin Stark along with her now husband, Lee Cornwell. Kristen envisaged a bridal registry centered on honeymoon specific gifts and experiences to give wedding guests the opportunity to participate in creating memories that couples would cherish for a lifetime.
And now newlyweds can enjoy the concept on their honeymoons at Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas in Thailand and the Maldives.
Signing up at Anantara Honeymoon Wishes is free. Couples start by browsing sample registries for inspirational suggestions. They then customize their own personal honeymoon registry of items and activities for their guests to purchase as wedding gifts.
The concept is simple and convenient. There is even a complimentary wedding website that includes a section for photos, blogging, and even tracking RSVPs!

Up Close and Personal
I spent two wonderful nights at an Anantara Resort in Koh Samui last year, and it was fabulous. My favourite part was the spa.
Not only was the treatment itself fantastic, but the surroundings were sublime. I especially liked the gong. Rather than having the masseuse try to guess when you were finished showering and changing, you were told to hit the gong when you were ready.
A very nice touch!
