Is April a good time to visit Bali? In fact, April is the beginning of the dry season in Bali. So you can expect sunnier skies and considerably less rainfall than you would expect in January, February, or March. However, since the rainy season is just ending, the waterfalls will still be full and the jungles and terraced rice fields will still be green and luxuriant. While April is generally a slow season for tourism in Bali, since Easter sometimes falls in April, bargains on accommodation during that period will be hard to find.

April is one of the hottest months of the year in Bali. And the average temperature this month is 27° degrees Celsius, or 81 degrees Fahrenheit.

The average low is 22 degrees Celsius or 72 degrees Fahrenheit, and the average high is 32 degrees Celsius, or 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

Regarding rainfall, April is much drier than March. And there is only about one-third as much rain in April as March. In addition, sunny days are much more likely.

Keep in mind, however, that rainy days are possible any month of the year in the tropics.

Pagerwesi is closely related to Saraswati, which is celebrated four days earlier. And its purpose is to protect the knowledge that was gained on Saraswati in the battle against evil. In fact, it is one of the biggest festivals of the year in Bali. And it is celebrated at night, mostly at home and at the gravesites of deceased family members.
