Food and Beverage
A 5 star hotel in Kowloon’s bustling Mongkok district rebrands one of its food and beverage outlets with a new name, a new concept, a new menu, and a new menu. It is scheduled for a mid-December launch.
Langham Place Mongkok, Hong Kong, on the Kowloon Peninsula will debut a new bar and lounge in mid-December 2014.
To be called Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social, the new food and beverage outlet will replace Portal – Work and Play, which is located on the hotel’s 5th floor.
The outlet will serve lunch, afternoon tea, a raw bar, drinks, and dinner. The focus will be on ‘shared plates’ with an East Meets West culinary vibe. Mixologists will help diners pair the right beverages with the right dishes.
A semi-private srea to the the floor-to-ceiling wine wall will be able to accommodate private events and tastings for up to 30 people.
Sounds like a great concept! Can’t wait to try it!
The hotel has 666 rooms, several food and beverage outlets, a sumptuous spa, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre.
