Armani Caffè Hong Kong – The Back Story

I’d noticed Armani Caffè on previous strolls through Pacific Place — always stylish, always buzzing. I’d assumed it was a bit pricey.

But during a black rainstorm warning, which had caused most of the shops in the stylish mall to remain shuttered for the day, the stylish Italian café was open – but unusually quiet.

After checking the menu, it wasn’t as expensive as I had expected. So, I decided to pop in for a quick bite before heading home.

Armani Caffè Hong Kong – Restaurant Overview

Emporio Armani Caffe Milano

Armani Caffè Hong Kong is part of Giorgio Armani’s global collection of more than 25 dining venues, spanning fashion capitals from Paris to Dubai, Tokyo to Milan.

These cafés and restaurants are more than culinary destinations—they’re immersive expressions of the brand’s lifestyle philosophy, where understated luxury, clean lines, and refined simplicity extend seamlessly from fashion to food.

Opened in mid-2025, the Hong Kong location sits on Level Three of Pacific Place, directly across from the newly unveiled Giorgio Armani boutique. The space was personally curated by Mr. Armani and his design team, offering a Milanese-inspired menu in a setting that blends culinary elegance with the brand’s quiet sophistication.

Armani Caffè Hong Kong – The Menu

Armani Caffè Hong Kong offers a Milanese-inspired Italian menu that celebrates simplicity, seasonality, and refined presentation.

You can enjoy classic pasta dishes, creamy risottos, and mains such as veal Milanese. These are complemented by lighter options such as fresh salads and artisanal breads.

While these offerings form the backbone of both lunch and dinner service, a slightly larger selection of dishes and curated wine pairings are offered at dinner.

In contrast, the afternoon tea menu shifts focus to delicate sweets and espresso-based drinks, offering a distinct experience between meals.

To finish, desserts from Armani/Dolci — the brand’s luxury confectionery line — add a signature touch of indulgence.

Armani Caffè Hong Kong – My Beverage

Bisol jeio valdobbiadene prosecco

Armani Caffè offers a curated wine list that leans toward Italian vintages, with selections ranging from crisp whites and bold reds to sparkling options ideal for a midday indulgence or evening repast.

The list complements the menu’s Milanese focus, offering familiar labels alongside boutique finds.

I opted for a glass of Bisol Jeio Valdobbiadene Prosecco, a bright and refreshing pour with delicate bubbles and citrus notes. It arrived first.

Armani Caffè Hong Kong – My Meal

Margherita Pizza at Armani Caffe in Pacific Place in Hong Kong

I was in the mood for pizza, and there were six choices on the menu.

It was a difficult decision, but I finally settled on the Margherita Pizza, made with tomato del Piennolo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil.

The pizza arrived with a beautifully blistered and slightly burnt crust and a deep, wood-fired aroma — smoky and rustic. Not what you would expect if you grew up snacking on pizza slices topped with pineapple from Pizza Hut!

To start with, it was more substantial than I’d expected, so I decided to let it serve as an early dinner rather than a late afternoon snack.

Armani Caffè Hong Kong – The Ambiance and Service

The space was open on all sides to the mall, surrounded by luxury boutiques and passing shoppers.

There was a sleek central “island” with gold, green, and soft blue tones. Did it hide the kitchen?

The table settings were elegant, with clean lines and understated touches that matched the café’s overall aesthetic. Were the stemware, placemats, China, and cutlery by Armani/Casa, by any chance?

As for service, it was minimal but efficient: my order was taken and delivered without fuss, which suited the quiet mood of the day.

Total damage (including 10% service charge): HK$253 (US$32.25; 1,045 baht).
