QUE Downtown One and Two are located between Tajong Pagar and Raffles Place, which are currently home to Singapore's two tallest buildings: Tanjong Pagar Centre and One Raffles Place Toweri.
OUE Downtown One is a 50-storey building with three vertical zones. It is one of Singapore's oldest skyscrapers and is currently the city-state's 27th tallest building.
QUE Downtown One has a number of roof gardens, viewing galleries, and outdoor areas. It was one of the first high-rise buildings in Singapore to include a covered walkway around an entire city block.
OUE Downtown Two is a 37-storey building. Is has a combined total gross floor area of about 1.24 million square feet and a net lettable area of about 867,000 square feet.
QUE Downtown, a.k.a. 6 Shenton Way, was formerly known as DBS Building Towers. Tower 1 was competed in 1975. Tower Two was completed in 1994.
Overseas Union Enterprise (QUE) acquired the complex in 2010, renaming it QUE Downtown. DBS moved from the twin towers to the Marina Bay Financial Centre in mid-2012.
Accommodation
Oakwood Premier QUE Singapore has 268 serviced apartments targeted at long-staying guests. A minimum stay of seven nights is required. Each unit in the luxurious property has a Bluetooth sound system and a bathroom equipped with rain showers.
Studio apartments measure 28 to 32 square metres. They have kitchenettes with microwave. They can accommodate up to two people.
One bedroom units measure 30 to 58 square metres. They have a fully equipped kitchen with a washer-drier and separate living and dining areas. They can accommodate up to two people.
Two bedroom units meauure 70 to 98 square metres. They a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer-drier and separate living and dining areas. They can sleep up to four people, and the dining areas can accommodate up to eight people, making the apartments suitable for entertaining.
Food + Beverage
Oakwood Premier QUE Singapore has two food and beverage outlets and an executive lounge. Breakfast buffets are included in the room rate.
Se7enth – an all-day dining restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Complimentary daily breakfast features international and fresh local produce – from made-to-order omelets to healthy home-made bircher muesli and premium grade coffee.
Signature dishes served at lunch and dinner include Australian Grain-Fed Rib-Eye Steak, Oakwood Se7enth Beef Burger, Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich, Sirloin Beef Hor Fun, Nasi Goreng, Crispy Chicken Drumlets and Chocolate Lava Cake
The Bar – a lobby lounge serving cocktails, spirits, and wines as well as mouth-watering bar bites.
The Oakwood Executive Club – located next to the swimming pool, the club serves complimentary breakfasts as well as evening cocktails and canapes.

The property has a rooftop outdoor infinity swimming pool with cabanas, deck chairs, a Jacuzzi, and an outdoor barbecue.

The property is located within in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District. It is within walking distance of Tanjong Pagar, Raffles Place and downtown MRT stations.
Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore is the second Oakwood property in Singapore. Opening in June 2017, it follows Oakwood Studios Singapore in the Orchard Road area, which opened in March 2017.
