Taste of Hong Kong is an outdoor food festival held every spring on the Central Harbourfront. Held in the shadows of the Hong Kong Observation Wheel, it gives foodies a chance to preview dozens of dishes from some of Hong Kong's top tables from 21 to 24 March 2019.
