Nothing like homemade chilli con carne with beef, pork, and three kinds of beans, topped with raw onions, raw tomatoes, three kinds of cheese, and as many kinds of salsa as you've got in your cupboard.

Made from rice vermicelli noodles, #curry powder, #vegetables, scrambled egg, and at least one of the following: char siu, #shrimp, #chicken, and/or #beef, Singapore noodles are a popular dish in #hongkong. Interestingly, they have nothing to do with #singapore. In fact, they were invented by a chef from #taiwan working in Hong Kong. Take out from 錦益茶樓 in Kwu Tong in the #newterritories.
