Water slides are getting bigger, longer, higher, faster, and curvier, and they are being installed at a growing number of hotels, resorts, water parks, and even on ocean liners sailing the Seven Seas.

Slippery Slip
Named after the giant Slippery Slip in Enid Blyton’s “The Faraway Tree” children’s book series, the 12 metre tall slide is located in the middle of one of the hotel’s 3 lagoon style swimming pools.
The water slide is suitable for children 8 years of age and older. A 7.5 metre high slide is suitable for children of at least 6 years of age.
There are 4 smaller slides in a kid’s only pool for younger children. Trained water safety experts are on hand at all times.

The hotel has 524 rooms and suites including family rooms with bunk beds for the kids and pool access.
There are 3 food and beverage outlets, including Le Bayon, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Other facilities include a kids’ playground, a kids’ club, and a convention centre capable of handling events with up to 500 delegates.
