Thai Cooking Class

Yam Nuea Yang is known in English as Grilled Beef Salad or Grilled Steak Salad. In fact, some people call it Thai steak salad.

Because it has a sweet and sour sauce, some people call it sweet and sour beef salad.

In fact, this grilled steak sald is a very popular Thai dish. Not only is it easy to make. In addition, it really delicious!

The meat is usually cooked medium rare, which is fine by me because that is exactly how I like my beef cooked.

For this reason, you should grill the beef whole. Then slice the beef rather than  slicing it first and then grilling it. In other words, this dish is NOT a stir-fry!

If you prefer your beef cooked medium well or well-done, you can make the appropriate adjustments.

For example, you could slice the beef first to ensure that it is fully cooked.
