Bad experience with this Kimpton branch. No wine hour, no special occasions specials, food and service at this hotel is awful and overcharged us. Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. I waited more than 30 mins for a flatbread. Unsafe when use sauna room. The man maid come in woman zone to clean up while i am naked. So terrible!! You gotta check the bills they are overcharging their guests.
I spent the holidays here, I don’t know why but during the holidays their reception smells like a piss Id rather not spend my special occasions here
