Sesun Grill and Beach Bar Overview
Sesun Grill and Beach Bar is the signature restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Koh Samui.
The open-air restaurant overlooks Bophut Beach. And it serves a menu running from fresh seafood to premium meats.
Following local tradition, the seafood and meats are grilled over coconut husks, lending a distinctive mouth-watering flavour.
Meanwhile, Mediterranean-inspired sides and salads are made from locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. In fact, the hotel has its own organic garden!
And the house specialty is the Paella, made with locally sourced and sustainable seafood.
Meanwhile, beverages run from freshly squeezed juices to tropical cocktails. If you want to go local, why not wash it all down with a whole coconut?
While the bar opens at 2 pm and remains open until 11 pm, the kitchen only serves dinner from 5 pm. And it opens Wednesday through Sunday.
The Bophut Beach hotel has three other food and beverage outlets:
- Yangna Cuisine – as the hotel’s all-day dining eatery, Yangna Cuisine opens for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And it serves Thai and international favourites from a made-to-order buffet.
- Cobalt – located next to Yangna, Cobalt serves fresh juice, iced tea, and coffee. And it opens daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- Kube – situated off the lobby, Kube opens from 2 pm to 7 pm Wednesday through Sunday. And the focus is on light snacks, afternoon tea, and crafted cocktails.
