Onyx Hospitality has signed an agreement with Hainan Sunup Group Investment Co. Ltd to manage its first hotel on the southern Chinese island of Hainan.
The Shama Yalong Bay Sanya is Shama’s first resort-style property. And it is also Shama’s first property on Hainan Island.
Based in Thailand, Onyx has more than 50 hotels in the Asia-Pacific.
And it has an additional 20-plus new properties under development in China, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, the Maldives, and Sri Lanka.
